Valerie will guide you through self care techniques for releasing tension held in the low back and hips. You will explore self massage and stretches for myofascial release, while tuning into your breath and developing a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. Have a couple household items handy including a small blanket or bath towel, a pair of thick socks and your healing hands.
