Self Massage for the Upper Back, Shoulders & Neck

Valerie will guide you through self care techniques for releasing tension held in the upper back, shoulders and neck. You will explore self massage and stretches for myofascial release, while tuning into your breath and developing a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. Have a couple household items handy including a small blanket or bath towel, a pair of thick socks and your healing hands.

This is a virtual class offered by donation. All are welcome to join for free.
